To commemorate the one-year mark since the June 25th 2024 Gen Z revolution, Kenyans-young and old-hit the streets. In total, there were protests in 27 of the 47 counties. Kenyans of all classes, creeds, ethnicity and persuasion went out to the protests in solidarity. Our photojournalist Jimmy Kitiro captured the moments and brought us these images.
