A Drowning City: Floods, Funds and Lives Lost in Nairobi City

When Eric Mutua left his home on the morning of March 6, 2026, he hoped to return to his family later in the day. He never did. Caught in heavy rains while on the road, his life was claimed by floods, one of many in Nairobi.
