Lessons for Today from Egypt’s Post-Independence Industrialization
Many of the important tools used for development in post-independence Egypt have been buried today. Post-Colonialisms Today researchers Kareem Megahed and Omar Ghannam pull from their work on the era to point to some tools that should be recovered, such as a coordinating role for the state in development.
