Judgment in consolidated petitions No. 1 of 2020 and No. E004 of 2021 where petitioners alleged that sometime in 1937, the Nubian Community was moved by colonial government to the suit block of land from the present area occupied by the Kisumu Airport, since then, the Nubian Community has known no other home.
