Angola’s Killing Fields: A report on extrajudicial executions in Luanda 2016-2017

carried out between April 2016 and November 2017 in the suburbs of the Angolan capital, Luanda, by individuals identified as agents of the Criminal Investigation Service (known by the Portuguese acronym as SIC) serving under the command of Commissioner Eugénio Pedro Alexandre.
