Sheila Kalunga
Prof. Sheila Kalunga is a Professor of Neuroscience, Mental Health, and Social Inclusion, and a scholar-practitioner specializing in early childhood neurodevelopment, attachment, and trauma-informed institutional care. She serves as the Africa Safeguarding Lead for the African Judo Union, overseeing continental child protection protocols and safeguarding architectures.
