Guliano Martiniello is an Assistant Professor in Rural Community Development, American University of Beirut.
Jörg Wiegratz is a Lecturer in Political Economy of Global Development at the School of Politics and International Studies, University of Leeds, and Senior Research Associate, Department of Sociology, University of Johannesburg.
Elisa Greco is an Associate Professor in International Political Economy and Development at European School of Political and Social Sciences, Lille Catholic University, and a Visiting Fellow at the Sustainability Research Institute, University of Leeds. The three authors are co-editors of the book Uganda: The Dynamics of Neoliberal Transformation (Zed 2018).
