Damian Platt
Damian Platt is the author of Nothing by Accident: Brazil on the Edge (Independent Publishing Network 2020). He worked in Brazil for Amnesty International between 1997 and 2005 before moving to Rio de Janeiro to work in favela projects like the 2019 construction of a skatepark in the Maré favela complex.
