This photo has been circulating on social media purporting to show victims of the 2017 post-election violence. This is not true. This was a picture taken in 2012 following an accident that saw eleven people including a father and his three children, die instantly while 12 others were seriously injured in the accident that involved three motor vehicles. It took place at 2:30PM in Chibingo village in Geita region at the same spot where 14 passengers who were travelling in a Bunda bus got killed in an accident the year before.
